Dhagandey (Ali Ashfaq) goal brings TC Sports closer to the title with win 1-0 win over Green Streets.

In a very evenly matched game, Dhagandey made the difference for the league leaders. A second half goal by Dhagandey gave TC the much needed three points to gain an eight point lead over Maziya who play Victory Sports Club today.

Dhagandey scored with a left footed effort when Green Streets failed to clear the ball after Labaan Shareef saved the initial strike by TC. Dhagandey scored with a first time shot with the out side of his left foot to bring TC to the brink of their first ever Premier League title.

If TC win's their next games against Nilandhoo and Maziya they will be crowned Champions even before the Season Finale against Eagles. Eagles still has a slim chance. This evening Eagles play Foakaidhoo. The other title contender Maziya will play against Victory tonight.
