Football D Certificate Coaching Course has been started by Football Association of Maldives and the Police Club.

The course will be held from June 27th to June 30th with 30 participants including 28 police officers.

Effective communication, coaching methods and football techniques will he taught during this course which will be mentored by experienced Instructors of FAM. The leading instructors with be Muaviath Ilham and Ahmed Shakir(shakittey). Head of Coach education department Mohamed Shazly will also be some of the modules.

D-Certificate course is a beginner coaching course. Those who may complete the D-Certificate will be allowed to sit for the C-Certificate course. 

The main aim of this course is to inculcate police officers those who intend to step on the football ground as coaches.
