TC Sports taking on Maziya will kick off the match-day week. This week starts off strong before league leaders Da Grande takes on strugglers Green Streets. On friday Foakaidhoo will play against the young Victory side. The match week ends with bottom club Nilandhoo taking on United Victory.

Eagles Vs United Victory

(Wednesday 18th September at 16:00 hours)

Eagles occupy third place and will see this as a good opportunity to close the gap on first placed Maziya and second placed Da Grande who play each other in the second game. United Victory are yet to hit full gear. BoalhaMV believes Eagles will just about defeat UV with national players returning. With fining of two players Ahmed Rizvaan(Rizey) and Ali Fasir(Sentey) for skipping national duty, coach Shiyaz has said in pre-match press conference that only Ahmed Numan(Helmet) will be missing the game. Former national player Ahmed Nashid(Naatte) of UV might also miss the game through a minor injury.

BoalhaMV Prediction: 2-1 Eagles | Key player: Hassan Raif(Hanna) of Eagles.

Maziya Vs Da Grande

(Wednesday 18th September at 21:00 hours)

Da Grande has only lost once this season, to Green Streets. The surprise club of the season is up against giants Maziya, who are yet to lose. Only Eagles and Foakaidhoo has given the Green Boys any trouble this season both teams ending as a draw. With four wins and scoring fifteen goals in last two games, BoalhaMV believes Maziya will be too strong for Da Grande. With National players returning Maziya looks a class apart from the rest of the clubs. This will be the game of the week for us.

BoalhaMV Prediction: 2-0 to Maziya | Key player: Ibrahim Mahudhee(Feydhoo Ibbe) of Maziya

Nilandhoo Vs Foakaidhoo

(Thursday 19th September at 16:00 hours)

Foakaidhoo will want to build up on their draw against Green Streets. Word from FFC camp is that morale is low due to off the pitch issues. With Nilandhoo fired up after having their foreign legions join, this will be a difficult game to predict. BoalhaMV believes FFC should be strong enough despite their off the pitch issues for Nilandhoo, We believe that FFC will struggle but win by the narrowest of margins.

BoalhaMV Prediction: 1-0 to Foakaidhoo | Key player: Mustafa Seddik of Foakaidhoo.

Green Streets Vs Victory

(Thursday 19th September at 21:00 hours)

Green Streets will no doubt be too strong for Victory Sports who scored only once this season, let alone get a point. After off the field issues, coach Mohamed Adam has resigned and assistant coach Adam Abdul Latheef(Lacchey) is in charge. Can he turn around Victory's fortunes like he did with Nilandhoo last season? Its too early to say. Lacchey's cause is not helped by the inform Ali Ashfaq(Dhagandey). We believe the legendary player will want to take his national team frustrations on Victory. The youngest defense in the league against the most experienced attack in the league.

BoalhaMV Prediction: 5-0 to Green Streets | Key player: Ali Ashfaq(Dhagandey) of Green Streets
