hinadhoo head Coach, Juan Manuel Martinez Saezs sacked

Thinadhoo head Coach, Juan Manuel Martinez Saezs, has been sacked from his post, for spreading lies about the management of the team in the media. In his last post match press conference Thinadhoo coach stated that he was being pressured to select some specific players in the first team playing eleven and it was a difficult situation for him and that the team had some issues. He also stated that forward of the team, Ahmed Rizuwan (Jersey No. 11) went missing after the last game and did not come to practice.

But in a statement by the management of the team, in contradicted the statement of Juan Manual, stated that, here has never been any pressure from the management to select a specific player in the first team eleven and that the management would never do such a thing. The management of the team also stated that they have noticed specific issues with the coach after that last match as some players who came to practice regularly was not selected, while some who did not come to practice were selected instead and some players were being played out of position. The management also stated that if there was an issue with the team there was always room to discuss the issues with the management team rather than talking about it in the media.

Thinadhoo came into Ooredoo Dhivehi Premier League with a huge transfer market activity, and has produced the best results of the Minivan Championship sides playing in the league and is currently occupying 5th place of the league. With the League matches on a break till 14 October Thinadhoo needs to find an coach urgently and see how this decision to sack Juan Manuel is  going to impact the team in the second round.
