Thindhaoo Football team has today appointed Ali Suzain as their new coach for the rest of the season. Ali Suzain is one of the most experienced and successful coaches in the Maldives, and was the Coach of Victory SC during Male’ league this year. He has been without a job since Victory SC failed to make it to Dhivehi Premier league and subsequently the Male’ league qualification was called off due to second division teams non participation in the tournament.

Former Thinadhoo head Coach, Juan Manuel Martinez Saezs, was sacked from his post, last week for spreading lies about the management of the team in the media.

Thinadhooo has been the most impressive team from the Minivan Championship and is currently placed in the 5th spot with 10 points. Thinadhoo’s next match is against New Radiant SC on 15th October 2017, and we will have to wait and see what kind of impact the new appointment brings to the team.
