AFC B’ License Coaching Course starts in MALE'
An AFC B' license coaching course has started in Male' this week.
Former National Team players, ex-Green Streets coach Sobah Mohamed, his assistant Fareed Mohamed and Milandhoo coach, Mohamed Nasir are among notable attendees.
As part of the part of FAM's strategy to improve coaching education, a grassroots football coaching course was held in Male' earlier this year and and an AFC C' License coaching course was held in Milandhoo. Further an AFC A' license coaching course is also planned to start at start of 2018.
B- License Course also known as level 3 in some some countries is an advance certificate. Participants are required to hold the C-license and have worked at least two years in a coaching before attempting the B-License course. Those who pass the B-License can attempt to do the A-License after one to two years work experience in football. After the A-license is the Pro-License which is the highest License in football.
B-License covers aspects of group tactics, Laws of the game, Fitness and basic first aid.
