National team and Maziya Sports & RC’s midfielder, Assad Ali (Adubarey), has recently completed a training course at London.

Adubarey was given the opportunity for the training course by his friend and former chairperson of MDP, Ali Waheed. Adubarey completed a one month training course with South London Football Network team which is the same academy that Ali Waheed is courrentky working as a coach.

Adubarey has thanked Ali Waheed for giving him the opportunity and has mentioned that he is hoping to meet Ali Waheed in Maldives this year in a tweet recently.

Adubarey started his football career in 2006 and has been a regular in the national team after being selected for the national side. He is famously known throughout the world for the penalty he scored against Afghanistan in AFC Challenge Cup 2014.
