Ekuveri Co have been crowned champions of the Doctors Futsal tournament having claimed a two nil win over Maddocs.

The two day event took place on the 13th and 14th of this month and the event was initiated by the Maldivian Medical Association to mark the Maldivian Doctors day 2018. The 18th of April is marked as the Maldivian Doctors day marking the day when the first ever Maldivian medical doctor joined public service.

The Futsal tournament among doctors took place among 4 teams this year was doctors from various healthcare institutions of Maldives namely IGMH, ADK Hospital, Senahiya and other clinics, including dental clinics took part.

The teams that took part this year were champions Ekuveri Co, Los Ciruhanos, Codeblue pacemakerz and Maddocs.
