New Radiant Sports Club has signed a memorandum of understanding with Reading FC of England.

This deal could see Reading FC play a friendly match in the Maldives. Reading and New Radiant will be sharing training and development assistance.

New Radiant already the number 1 team in the Maldives is set to increase the gap with the rest of the teams. Already in the process of building a club house, NRSC is very much connected with the fans. They have signed Ambassador's of football such as goalkeeper Imran Mohamed, who led their 'coffee with fans' event.

This deal with Reading FC can only increase their fan base. Reading FC is currently in the 4th place of the Sky Bet Championship, the second tier of English football. They are just 9 points from the league leaders Newcastle United. The top 2 teams in the league are automatically promoted to the Premier League while the next 4 teams play a play-off to determine the 3rd team to join Premier League.
