Transfer Rumor - Victory looking to secure signing of Arif

Word has spread that Victory Sports Club are looking to strengthen their midfield during the mid transfer break and are wanting Club Eagles Mohamed Arif (baka).

Arif who had two spells with Victory first from 2010 until the end of 2011 and then again last year is wanted by Victory for a third spells as Lazlo kiss looks to improve his side.

Arif has played a key role in Eagles impressive run this season as they sit third in the league standings and his impressive run of form saw the experienced defensive midfielder being selected for the national team.

The 32 year old is currently out injured after suffering a blow to his eye during Eagles loss against eventual league champions New Radiant.

Victory Sports elected a new board early on during the Male' league. The club club is currently headed by member of parliament Mubeen.

As Mubeen target to bring Victory to the top of Maldivian football Arif would be a great signing for Victory.
