Club Eagles have moved to third in the STO Male' league standings with a 2-1 win over Victory Sports Club.

With two games remaining Eagles have registered 21 points while Maziya are in second place with the same number of points. Maziya get the edge on goal difference.

Victory did have the chance to move up to second place with a win but failure to do so means Lazlo kiss men remain at fifth position with 19 points.

Eagles drew first blood in the game early on. Hassan Raaif firing home into the bottom corner of the net.

In the 62nd minute of the game Ibrahim Hamdhaan scored to make it all square. Hamdhaan converted from close range after receiving the ball that came off the woodwork.

Rizvaan struck home to make it 2-1 in favor of Eagles. Rizvaan's effort found the far corner of the net.
