Runner-ups of Minivan Championship 2018, Foakaidhoo FC has recently announced that they will begin their training for Premier league tomorrow night.

They have also stated that they will be holding trials for players who are willing to join the team. The trials will begin at 00:00 tomorrow night and is scheduled to be held for three or four days at Maafannu Turf Stadium.

Foakaidhoo FC was named as runner-ups of Minivan Championship 2018. They were also the champions of Shaviyani Atoll and Zone 2 in 2018. Foakaidhoo FC has qualified for the premier league after several years.
