In the ongoing Dhiraagu U-13 Youth League, BG Sports Academy has registered their first win in the second match of the league against MS Helping Hand Academy. BG Sports Academy won the match by a huge score line of 10-1.

In the second match of the brand new Dhiraagu U-13 Youth League, both BG Academy boys and MS Helping Hand Academy boys entered the match in style. As BG juniors in orange shirts and MS Helping Hand Academy boys in purple and yellow.

During the match BG Sports Academy boys scored three times in the first 10 minutes. The opening of the evening was scored by Ahmed Umeys (J#23) in the 4^th minute. The second of the evening came from Mohamed Shibth (J#11) in the 6^th minute. Two minutes later Mohamed Shibth again scored his second of the evening making it 3-0 in the score line in favor of oranges.

BG Sports Academy boys look stronger and confident than MS Helping Hand Academy boys as BG Sports Academy kept attacking the MS goal continuously. As a result, Ahmed Umeys, Khashiu Ilham (J#6), Mohamed Nazan (J#19), each scored a goal just before the half time. And in the injury time of first half, Mohamed Shibth completed his hatrick of the evening. It is the first hatrick of the league till to date. Match went to half time with BG Sports Academy boys leading by 7-0.

After the interval, BG Sports Academy boys managed to score 4 times. Ahmed Umeys scored two goals in the second part of the match and joined his team mate Mohamed Shibth in the hatrick scorers list.  His fourth of the evening came in the 27^th minute mark. Ahmed Nabah (J#10) also made his name into the score sheet after scoring at the 33th minute mark. The only goal of MS Helping Hand Academy came just before the final whistle. The goal was scored by Dhayyan Nimaz (J#18).

Both academy side gave maximum chances to players to come and play in the match by with the five substitute options.

This youth league is the brand new chapter in the development program of FAM’s “Towards Future”.

Officials from both FAM and respective academies were present to watch the game. Moreover, the parents of the players, friends and families also were present during the match making the environment more exciting.

Here after all the fixtures of this Dhiraagu U-13 Youth League 2018, matches will be played during the weekends. It was decided wisely by FAM as not to interrupt the school routine and extra studying times of these players.

There will be two matches played on each weekend day, Friday and Saturday.

Next matches of Dhiraagu U-13 Academy Championship will be played on coming Friday, 13^th July. Friday firs match will be played between MS Helping Hand Sports Academy and Early Touch Football Academy (ETFA). It will be ETFA first match in the youth league while MS Helping Hand Academy boys has lost their first game.

In the second match of this coming Friday will be played between BG Sports Academy vs AM Sports Academy (AMSA). It will be AMSA’s first match in the youth league while BG Sports Academy has won their first game

Matches is set to kick off at 15:00 hrs and 16:30 hrs. All the matches of Dhiraagu U-13 Academy Championship will be played at the FAM mini turf pitch.
