New Radiant start their season in style by beating Dhi-Classico rivals 3-1.

Akram Abdul Ghani (Aku) scored the first goal of the game in the dying minutes of otherwise a quiet first half.

New Radiant looked the better side throughout. The second goal came from the man of the match Gellado who headed in a corner from Fasir (Sentey). Mistake by goalkeeper Mahmoud gave Gellado a chance to double his tally but his cheeky lob just missed the empty net.

Injury to Ogawa who was outstanding through out the game for New Radiant gave hope for Victory. Keric headed his first goal for Victory in the 84th minute from a free kick by Easa (Messi). It looked as though Victory were satisfied with the result they just sat back.

Gellado scored his 2nd goal of the game in the 89th minute to complete their triumph.

Massive win for New Radiant as their fans voiced their support. Meanwhile things look grim at the other end as Victory has lost both their games. They desperately need something out of the Eagles game to stay on course to keep their premier league dream alive . Eagles had lost their opening game to Maziya and are raring to go.
