Technical Director of the Football Association Ihusaan Abdul Ghani (Saanthi) and Maldives Head Coach Petar Segrt has traveled to London to take part in the FIFA World Cup 2018 Conference.

Technical director and head coach of all member Nations were invited in the biggest ever technical meeting after a world cup. Over two hundred Nations from six Confederations will take part in the conference starting on the 23rd of September 2018.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino will give the introductory speech. Others who will speak include Dutch legend Clarence Seedorf and World Cup winner Didier Deschamps. FIFA will release findings from their Technical Study Group about the technical trends and statics. New findings from the World Cup will be discussed including Video Assistant Referee(VAR).
