FAM has announced selections for the 'Road to Barcelona' program where three players will travel to Barcelona and train with elite coaches. Along with the three players, One official from FAM will also have the chance to learn from the Barcelona program.

The Milo Sponsored event will see up to fifteen players from eight academies perform on the 9th and 10th of October 2018 from 18:30 pm to 21:00 pm at FAM Turf 1 grounds. On the 9th FAM will organize games between the players where 20 players will be selected. Skill tests will be conducted on the 10th of October to finalize the three players who will be traveling to Barcelona for training.

Players from Early Touch Football Academy, Hulhumale Sports School, Maziya Academy, MSM Academy, AMSA, BG Academy, Eagles Academy and MS Helping hand will each send 15 players for the Milo Sponsored event that is organized Football Association of Maldives.
